Once you have registered you can begin to post content after I have given you permission to have the privilege of posting. Using the Nucleus Content Management system can be a bit confusing at first if you are not used to such systems, I am just learning it myself. But all you need to do to post is go into the admin area in the home directory and select add item. This only works once you have been approved by me. Once I know the system a bit better, I will figure out how to change it so the default allows posting for any registered user, so just bear with this right now. You can upload images and make video links to YouTube videos. To post videos of yourself, upload it to YouTube and create a hyperlink.
